Our Approach

DRYVE Digital was brought in to transform Bollardshop’s digital strategy. We conducted an in-depth audit of their current digital assets and crafted a detailed roadmap to overhaul their e-commerce performance. Here’s how we approached the challenge:

This included restructuring their Google Ads campaigns, developing a strong SEO foundation, and revamping their e-commerce platform.

  2. Google Ads Optimisation: We restructured their Google Ads campaigns, starting with in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and granular targeting. We focused on their high-margin products and introduced dynamic ads and retargeting strategies to increase conversions.

  3. SEO Overhaul: We revamped their SEO strategy by optimising on-page elements, improving technical SEO, and generating high-quality backlinks. Our focus was on increasing their visibility for high-intent search terms that would drive sales.

  4. E-commerce Optimization: We worked closely with the Bollardshop team to enhance their website user experience, streamline the checkout process, and improve product categorisation to boost conversion rates.

  5. Data-Driven Decisions: Throughout the campaign, we continuously tested and refined ad groups, keywords, and targeting to ensure we were getting the most out of every dollar spent. Regular reporting allowed us to pivot quickly and make strategic changes that positively impacted ROI.

THE RESULTS

CT Building Maintenance provides repairs, maintenance, and management services to commercial properties ensuring a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing space. iveStar had been serving up excellence for 20 years. They tapped the Dryve team to create an anniversary-worthy brand refresh. We worked through their brand truths to develop a new logo, identity system, website, and supporting brand & digital strategy.

The creative process of branding for CTBM set off with a logo redesign. It started with the brainstorming and analyzing client’s vision of a new symbol. As they wanted the modernization, a new brand sign was expected to be more playful and fresh still simple with abstract elements. In addition, the client was open to a new color palette as it corresponds to their vision of the brand image.

A brand new Electric Bicycle Innovation

We were engaged by the talented engineers at Cape Bouvard to help bring their innovative e-bicycle transmission ‘Niveau Drive’ to life in a way that embodied its unique values. As part of this process, we had the opportunity to develop everything from scratch, from a style guide and logo design to website design,  development and marketing strategy.

Working on the Niveau Drive project was an incredible learning experience for both parties and showcased the true power of effective social media and lead-generation strategies. Within 90 days, we managed to drive 1000+ leads and user downloads from bicycle manufacturers. We further generated over 1000 new social media followers.  We are proud to have been part of this amazing project!
